Can anyone help me with my eating disorder?

I have an eating disorder, anorexia, and try to stop and eat like a normal person. It's really hard, but sometimes I'm not sure I can do. Does anyone have tips to help me? What you need is to start eating less, like an apple or another kind of fruit or vegetables. Eat a couple of hours. If you want something to eat good start at a time when you get sick, and make sure to defeat the purpose. One step at a time all I can do. I suggest seeing a specialist. When you start back on track, you can not eat certain foods again that your body gets used again. You will beable to show support for you and if you feel the urge, do not eat you feel you can call and they can advise you and encouagement. Try to start eating healthy foods slowly. I know that it means that if you begin to hate the taste of food. So take your time and eat small bites. Then gradually, eating little more. And do not think the weight of fat or more! I know it's probably the reason for the trouble you are beautiful, no matter what every shot, he said. Try to tell you how beautiful you are every day out loud! Asteem will build your car. 1. Get a gym. Thus, if you feel guilty about overeating can train whenever you want and you will feel better about yourself. 2. Women are more interesting than the curves of their bodies. Ask any man. Just because you have a beautiful female figure does not mean you are overweight. 3. Join or form a group of people with eating disorders and meetings and talk about their feelings. Relationships with others can help heal the doubts and fears. 4. Think of all the people you hurt if something happens to you that the result of being anorexic. You only have one life to live, do not waste it. Many people would give anything to be able to breathe again. I hope one of these help resolve the problem. If they do, hopefully you can find one that will go out to dinner with friends has helped me. also (do not know if you're old enough) a glass of red wine increase appetite and would help me eat. We sat on the patio in a room on a beautiful day and a few snacks for the kids. we would talk about eating Patz, and. This situation has helped me not to think about what I ate or fat because I'm glad a good time with friends were. oh yes and talking about it helped them. Two of them had eating disorders before, and we try to support each other well. small meals often, thats what I said to do.
